We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal data. We do not create accounts for visitors and we do not ask for passwords.
Like most websites, our hosting may also record basic technical information (such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit) to keep the site secure and running well.
We use the information you share for one purpose: to respond to your consultation request. That means contacting you by email or phone to discuss your restaurant or catering business, and following up on the advice and services you asked about.
We may also send you a confirmation email when you submit the form, so you know your request reached us.
We will never sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Consultation requests are saved securely in our website's managed database and are also delivered to our team by email. Access is limited to Sufra Consultants staff who need it to respond to you.
We keep consultation requests for as long as they remain useful for our work with you, and we delete them when you ask us to (see section 7).
Our website uses only the cookies and storage needed for the site to function and to understand overall traffic (for example, how many people visit a page). We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.
